Le groupe chimique allemand BASF a, comme d’autres, mis en place un système de communication interne pour l’échange et la diffusion d’informations.
Ces réseaux sociaux d’entreprise ont conquis beaucoup de collaborateurs (100.000 dans toute l’entreprise).
Au point que BASF prédit sa transformation progressive en Organisation 2.0.
