On 23 May, during the elevator pitch of HR innov & tech Day, the 125 HR professionals attending voted Talmundo the coolest e-HRM tool 2017 by means of a voting system.
An expert jury’s points represented 60%, and those of the room 40%.
Talmundo is able to bear this title for one year, until the next HR innov & tech Day.
The event is an initiative by HRMinfo – a community and knowledge provider for HR professionals in Belgium – and is supported by Agoria, the Belgian technology industry’s sector federation.
The Talmundo Onboarding App aims to get new employees productive as swiftly as possible; not by bombarding them with information on day one, but forwarding relevant information at the right time to their smartphone (or tablet/computer). That way, the company gets the opportunity to inform, train and connection in a meaningful way. Newcomers can be grouped according to location, department, experience, etc., to make the onboarding even more focused. Tests, exercises and direct feedback are to accelerate the induction and integration even more.
Talmundo was also the winner of the elevator pitch’s ‘Learning’ category, and thus also received the Cool e-HRM award 2017.
In total, 19 suppliers of innovative, web-based HR tools – software packages, apps, web platforms – took part in the elevator pitch. There were 20 registrations, although one supplier had to cancel their pitch presentation due to unforeseen circumstances.
The following service providers also received ‘Cool e-HRM tool 2017’ awards
– Talentsoft (categorie Recruiting)
– intuo.io (Performance management)
– Forganiser (Workforce management)
– Sparble (Engagement/Recognition/Sensing)
– Vonq (Self-Service Portal)
– Cumul.io (Analytics & reporting)
