HRMinfo and the Jury of the innov8HR Award 2021* are pleased to inform you that Decathlon is the winner of the competiton.
Three cases were selected by the HRMinfo team: Decathlon, NMBS and Cronos Groep. All three stood head and shoulders above the rest.
The entries had to demonstrate innovating, preferably revolutionary, insights and practices. Ideally they were also analysis and evidence based. Substantial digitalisation of at least one and preferably more processes was an extra selection criterion.
The nominated cases were presented for vote to a jury and to the HR community.
The votes of the jury count for 60% and those of the HR community count for 40%. The case with the highest score wins the innov8HR Award.
3.476 professionals, mainly HR professionals (but also CEO’s/General Managers and line managers), cast their vote.
The three nominated cases (Decathlon, NMBS and Cronos Groep) are extensively described in our new white paper (Next generation HR: Rethink, Reset & Retool HR). The white paper contains several other interesting and relevant articles. Click here for the complete table of contents. (This link and all other links below refer to a Dutch or French page.)
A brief introduction to the cases can be found on www.HRMinfo.eu/innov8HRAward2021.
The Corporate PASSport and the 4 or 9 person formula of the HRMinfo PASSport give access to the audiovisual presentation of the winning case and the two runners-up in the webinar section of HRMinfo.eu.
